Behind the Designer

Who is the designer behind the designed? That's me... Natasha! I am a freelance Graphic and Web Designer based in Southern Manitoba. I am a true fan of solving problems and that's exactly what I get to do when I'm designing: finding solutions and creating something beautiful!

When I'm not designing projects for my clients I'm designing projects and activities for my wonderful daughters!! Being a mom has always been my biggest dream and I am so blessed to get to be a stay at home mom! Our days usually include coloring strawberry shortcake coloring pages, baking cookies, picking flowers, rolling sourdough, or reading books! Creating beauty in what we have been blessed with seems to be a genuine passion in my family! God is good!

Another dream of mine has been to homeschool my children which we are loving! The work that I do through NHG Designed allows me to be able to invest in my children's education and I am so grateful for your support! How long does it take?

This really depends on the service/project. An average estimate would be 1-4 weeks.
I don't know if I can trust a designer with my project.

Are you unfamiliar with hiring a designer? Does your business interact with confidential information? Reach out and I will provide you with my contract that all clients are given. It covers many areas to ensure all parties are treated fairly and with the respect you deserve.
What kind of products do you sell?

I design editable invitations and some ready-to-print digital downloads. These are not physical products but digital designs that you download and can use digitally (by sending to your guests through texts or emails) or print off and send!
What if I need changes or have questions after my website is launched?

I offer one week of complimentary support after a website launch. Otherwise, feel free to visit my video tutorials page. I try to update it frequently with common issues my client's might run into and have those videos for purchase there. If you would rather hire me to make some changes, I am happy to do so at my hourly rate.
How do I know your skills remain "updated"?

I want to ensure my clients receive a great product/service! In order to ensure my work is efficient and worth the investment, I sharpen my skills through: typing exercises, graphic design tests, practices, studying, and research.
What file formats will I get from the graphic design or logo service?

Any files I share with you can be available in: PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, and sometimes SVGs.
